For 2.1 billion people, cooking is more than a daily task—it shapes health, opportunity, and safety. Women and girls bear the heaviest burden, facing smoke exposure, fuel collection risks, and limits on their time and participation in public life. Solar cooking provides a clean, sustainable alternative that reduces health risks, saves hours spent gathering fuel, lowers household costs, and advances climate justice. Solar Cookers International (SCI) and guest speakers explore how safer cooking technologies empower women, alleviate daily pressures, and help dismantle structural barriers, supporting fuller, more equitable participation within households, communities, and society.

We hope you enjoy watching the webinar. Thank you for your continued support in helping bring clean cooking solutions to communities in need!
